Claims must be resolved via arbitration initiated by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Claims will be handled individually and not as part of a class action. ExploreTickets provides travel information about your itinerary, destination, and bookings from our third-party suppliers. While we take steps to ensure the accuracy of the information, we are not liable if it is not up-to-date or accurate. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health insurance, and for verifying the requirements with the relevant authorities before your trip.
All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must contact our customer care desk. Refund requests will be processed according to the policies of the service providers, and administrative cancellation fees may apply. Cancellations within four hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds can take 60 to 90 days to process after the cancellation request is approved by the supplier.
Important Note: Service fees are included in taxes, and you must pay the final price quoted, regardless of any changes to the service fee.
When booking through the ExploreTickets contact center for complex bookings, additional service fees ranging from $10 to $200 per passenger may apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the visa and health requirements for your destination. Consult the relevant embassy or authorities for up-to-date information on travel documents and vaccinations.
Check-in procedures may vary by supplier. You should verify the check-in requirements before confirming your booking. ExploreTickets recommends allowing at least 90 minutes for domestic travel and 3 hours for international travel.
Schedule changes may occur due to various factors, and we will inform you of any cancellations or changes. After check-in, it is your responsibility to manage your booking directly with the service provider.
We do not allow unaccompanied minors (under 16 years of age) to make bookings. Policies regarding unaccompanied minors may vary by supplier, so you should confirm the rules directly with the service provider.
